Thank you so much for choosing to purchase an item from Fiona Miller Art. I strive to provide the very best customer service and should you wish to return your order for any reason, make this process as simple as possible.


We take care to make our website safe for you to use. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use Stripe and WooCommerce payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

If you have asked us to remember your credit card details in readiness for your next purchase, we will securely store your payment details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process transactions that you have initiated.

In line with our privacy policy, we never share your data.


Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

If there is any delay in processing or dispatching your order we will notify you via email, if you require your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once ready, all our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.


If you wish to return your item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned to us within the next 14 days, in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Once the item has been returned to us, we will then issue a refund.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that are not in their original condition or on any personalised items.

If there is an issue with your order, or your items have arrived damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as we can.
